Mosaic Rules
Project Summary: For this project, I designed a series of posters for Mosaic Community Developments Paarl. The posters aim to communicate the center’s rules in an engaging and accessible way for children. My role involved creating visually appealing designs that capture the essence of each rule, ensuring they are easy for children to understand and remember. The entire process, from concept development to final execution, was completed within one week.
Goals and Outcome: My primary goal was to develop clear, child-friendly visuals that would help foster a positive environment by reinforcing the center’s guidelines. By the end of the project, I delivered a cohesive set of posters that not only conveyed the rules effectively but also brightened the center’s environment, contributing to an atmosphere where children feel supported and guided.
Significance and Challenges: This project was significant to me as it highlighted the importance of visual communication in educational and community settings. One of the main challenges was designing content that balanced clarity and visual appeal, given the young audience. To achieve this, I focused on using bright colors, simple shapes, and friendly typography, resulting in a series of posters that resonate with children while maintaining the intended message.
